Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Parliament House, formally inviting him to attend the Amrit Rajat Mahotsav in Raipur on November 1. The event will mark the 25th anniversary of Chhattisgarh’s formation and is being celebrated as the Amrit Rajat Jayanti Year.
Highlighting the historical significance of the occasion, CM Sai stressed that the presence of the Prime Minister would add immense value to the state-wide celebrations. During the meeting, CM Sai also provided an extensive update on the state’s governance priorities and future roadmap.
Anjor Vision @2047, Industrial Growth, and Reforms Take Centre Stage
The Chief Minister informed PM Modi about the launch of Anjor Vision @2047, a comprehensive policy framework aligned with the national goal of a Viksit Bharat. The vision outlines targeted reforms in sectors such as education, health, agriculture, industry, innovation, and sustainability, aiming for inclusive and accelerated development.
Further strengthening governance, CM Sai mentioned the recent enactment of the Jan Vishwas Bill 2025, modeled after the Centre’s Jan Vishwas Act 2023, to make justice more transparent and accessible for citizens.

To promote planned urban growth, CM Sai updated the Prime Minister about the establishment of the Chhattisgarh State Capital Region Development Authority (SCRDA) for fast-tracking infrastructure development in Nava Raipur, including India’s first semiconductor unit and a new AI Data Center.
The New Industrial Policy 2024–30 has attracted ₹6.65 lakh crore in investment proposals from 84 companies within just eight months. Industries offering employment to over 1,000 individuals are receiving special incentives, and a Single Window System has been implemented to streamline the industrial setup process.
Focus on Healthcare, Education, and Naxal Rehabilitation
CM Sai also highlighted the upcoming Medicity and Edu City projects, expected to transform Raipur into a healthcare and education powerhouse. Special focus is being given to enhancing education in rural and tribal regions, using digital tools and trained educators.
Addressing internal security, the Chief Minister discussed ongoing efforts to combat Naxalism through a rehabilitation-first approach. He noted a significant rise in surrenders, driven by improved access to infrastructure, education, healthcare, and growing public trust in governance.
