Chhaava, the highly anticipated historical drama starring Vicky Kaushal, continues its triumphant run at the box office. The film, directed by Laxman Utekar, has maintained a strong grip on ticket counters even on weekdays, crossing the Rs 165 crore mark in just five days.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Chhaava raked in approximately Rs 24.5 crore on Tuesday, achieving a total domestic collection of Rs 165 crore (nett) within five days of release. The movie opened with an impressive Rs 31 crore on February 14 and saw a consistent upward trend over the weekend.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted that Chhaava is expected to experience further growth due to the public holiday on Wednesday, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti. He noted on X (formerly Twitter), “The biz of Chhaava is expected to jump this evening [Tuesday], especially in Maharashtra, thanks to the holiday tomorrow [ChhatrapatiShivajiMaharajJayanti].”
