The much-anticipated trailer of Son of Sardaar 2 has been unveiled, marking the return of Ajay Devgn as the fearless and fun-loving Jassi. Released on Friday, the trailer teases a whirlwind of action, humour, and chaos wrapped in vibrant Punjabi energy.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Scotland, the film offers a hilarious blend of nostalgia and fresh madness. From wild wedding shenanigans to slapstick comedy, Son of Sardaar 2 embraces all things quirky — including a scene where an elderly woman attempts a pole dance that ends with a darkly comic twist.
Comic Chaos and a Star-Studded Farewell
Alongside Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur stars as the female lead and love interest. The trailer also features comic heavyweight Ravi Kishan, who adds to the fun with his English goof-ups, and Ajay’s tongue-in-cheek impersonation of Sunny Deol’s Border character.

Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the film includes an impressive ensemble cast: Sanjay Mishra, Vindu Dara Singh, Dolly Ahluwalia, Neeru Bajwa, Chunky Panday, Kubbra Sait, Deepak Dobriyal, Roshni Walia, Sharat Saxena, and Sahil Mehta.
Son of Sardaar 2 also marks the final on-screen appearance of actor Mukul Dev, who passed away on May 23, 2025 adding an emotional layer to the film’s release.
Presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, and produced by Ajay Devgn and Jyoti Deshpande, this comedy sequel hits theatres on July 25, 2025. The original Son of Sardaar (2012) was a box office hit and starred Sonakshi Sinha alongside Devgn.
