Akshay Kumar’s latest comedy-action entertainer Welcome To The Jungle continued its impressive theatrical run on its third day, registering a strong jump in collections. According to trade website Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 24.75 crore nett at the Indian box office on Day 3, taking its total India nett collection to Rs 63.75 crore.
The film, which released in theatres on June 26 after paid previews on June 25, has also reached Rs 76.50 crore gross in India within three days of its release. The film also maintained steady momentum in overseas markets. On Day 3, it collected Rs 6 crore gross internationally, pushing its total overseas earnings to Rs 16.70 crore gross.
With domestic and overseas collections combined, Welcome To The Jungle has now amassed a worldwide gross collection of Rs 93.20 crore, placing it within touching distance of the Rs 100 crore milestone.
The film began its box office journey with paid previews on Day 0, collecting Rs 3.75 crore nett from 2,494 shows while recording an occupancy of 26 per cent.

On its opening day, the film earned Rs 15.25 crore nett from 10,892 shows, maintaining a 26 per cent occupancy. Collections increased further on the first Saturday, with the film earning Rs 20 crore nett across 10,396 shows as occupancy rose to 33 per cent.
Day 3 witnessed another increase, with earnings climbing to Rs 24.75 crore nett from 10,867 shows, while overall occupancy improved to 41 per cent.

Audience turnout strengthened as the day progressed. Morning shows recorded an occupancy of 18.23 per cent, which increased to 52.69 per cent during afternoon screenings before peaking at 65.15 per cent in the night shows.
Among major theatrical markets, the National Capital Region (NCR) hosted 954 shows with an occupancy of 47.5 per cent. Mumbai followed with 752 shows and an occupancy of 49 per cent, while Ahmedabad recorded 595 shows and the highest occupancy among the three cities at 58.8 per cent.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Welcome To The Jungle features an extensive ensemble cast led by Akshay Kumar. The film also stars Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Jackie Shroff, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Farida Jalal, Johny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Aftab Shivdasani, Mukesh Tiwari, Yashpal Sharma, Kiran Kumar, Zakir Hussain, Vindu Dara Singh, Urvashi Rautela, Hemant Pandey, Brijendra Kala, Feroze Khan (Arjun), late Pankaj Dheer, Puneet Issar, Sudesh Berry, Jeetu Verma, Vrihi Kodvara, Adityaa Singgh, and Bhagya Bhanushali.
The comedy-action film has continued to record steady growth during its opening weekend as it approaches the Rs 100 crore mark at the global box office.
