K-pop girl group Purple Kiss will officially disband in November 2025, bringing their four-year musical journey to a close. The announcement was made on August 4 by the group’s agency RBW, which confirmed that the decision was made after “long and thoughtful discussions” with all members.
Purple Kiss, who debuted in 2021, has been appreciated for their versatility and strong vocal performances. In a heartfelt statement, RBW expressed gratitude toward fans, saying, “Because of the members’ deep affection for the group, we engaged in long and thoughtful discussions about how to move forward. As a result, we reached a conclusion based on mutual respect and support for each member’s individual dreams.”

Purple Kiss to Release English Album and Embark on Final Promotions
Before disbanding, Purple Kiss will complete a series of final activities to bid farewell to their dedicated fanbase, PLORY. These include the release of an English-language album by the end of August, promotional appearances in Japan, a US tour, and a final concert in South Korea in the fall.

RBW reiterated that these scheduled promotions are meant to celebrate the group’s journey and give fans an opportunity to say goodbye meaningfully.
