Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Israel over its military actions in Gaza, calling it a “cold-blooded murder” and accusing Israel of committing genocide against the Palestinian people.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Priyanka Gandhi wrote, “What is happening in Palestine is genocide. The bombing of children, women and innocent civilians, the targeting of hospitals, schools and refugee camps is a cold-blooded murder. It is apparent that for the Israeli government, humanity means nothing.”

Priyanka’s remarks come amid global outrage over Israel’s continued bombardment of Gaza, which has resulted in thousands of civilian casualties. Videos and images of the destruction and humanitarian crisis in Gaza have sparked protests worldwide, demanding an immediate ceasefire.
Slamming Israel’s disregard for international law and human rights, Priyanka Gandhi added, “Humanity is bleeding. Every principle that the world has upheld to protect humanity, every law, every agreement stands defiled today as the genocide of an entire population is taking place.”
Priyanka also criticized the silence of world powers, saying, “History will never forgive those complicit in this crime against humanity.”
Her strong statement aligns with growing global condemnation of the Gaza crisis and calls for accountability.
