Mumbai: Bollywood corridors are abuzz with speculations and rumours that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha and actor Parineeti Chopra are dating after the duo was spotted twice in two days dining together in Mumbai.
While it isn’t confirmed if Chadha and Chopra are dating, according to sources close to them the duo are long time friends and both studied at London School Economics and have many common friends.
The rumours started brewing after paps caught the duo dining at a post restaurant in Mumbai on Wednesday night and once again on Thursday afternoon. Interestingly, Parineeti posed for the paps too. However, gossip lovers may be dejected as the actor is learnt to have told a section of media that the two are just friends and not dating.
In fact, both Chadha and Chopra love to travel and often discuss travel destinations, said sources close to the duo.
While Wednesday night Chadha and Chopra twinned and wore white shirts, Thursday afternoon Chadha wore a cream-coloured shirt while Chopra was spotted in an all black attire. The two also boarded the same vehicle after emerging from the restaurant.
Raghav Chadha (33) was appointed as the Punjab co-incharge in 2020 and spent quite some time in Punjab ahead of the Punjab election, overseeing the rollout of the AAP’s strategy. Chadha, vice-chairman of Delhi Jal Board, was ably articulating the party’s position as well as puncturing the charges of the Opposition.
