In a major step toward empowering the youth of Jharkhand, the state government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HCLTech for the rollout of the “Tech Bee” placement-linked training program. The initiative aims to connect students directly with the Information Technology (IT) sector immediately after completing their Class 12 education.
Speaking at the MoU signing ceremony held at the Jharkhand Ministry, Chief Minister Hemant Soren emphasized the government’s commitment to creating a brighter future for the younger generation. He hailed the program as a vital opportunity for Jharkhand’s youth to pursue promising careers in the IT sector.
“Tech Bee” to Bridge the Gap Between Education and Employment
Lauding the initiative, the Chief Minister said, “Tech Bee is a program that opens up a concrete path to a secure future right after school. Students will not only receive technical training but also have access to job placements and opportunities for higher education after successful completion of the program.”
The Chief Minister encouraged students to fully engage with the program, stating it could provide a transformative direction to their careers. He further added that all relevant information about Tech Bee should be made readily available to school students across the state.
Full Government Support for Career-Oriented Companies and Institutions
CM Soren assured that the state government will extend full cooperation to any company or institution that takes the initiative to provide technical education, skills training, and employment to Jharkhand’s youth. “Our government is fully committed to providing quality education, skill development, and job opportunities to boys and girls in the state,” he affirmed.
