In one memorable image, Shanthi Priya wears a blazer that once belonged to her late husband Siddharth Ray, who died in 2004. She captioned the images of her transformation saying: “I recently shaved my head, and my experience has been quite something. As women, we often limit ourselves by following rules and confining our choices. With this transformation, I freed myself from those limitations and challenged the beauty standards imposed on us, all with courage and faith in my heart!”.
She also added, “Today, I carry the memory of my late husband with me, as I wear his blazer that still holds his warmth.”
