Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has officially started filming for his much-anticipated project Battle of Galwan in the rugged terrains of Ladakh. The film, directed by Aapoorva Lakhia, is based on the deadly clash between Indian and Chinese troops that took place in June 2020.
Khan will be seen playing the role of Colonel B Santosh Babu, who led Indian soldiers during the confrontation. Promising to be a gripping recreation of one of India’s most talked-about border conflicts, the film is already generating buzz with its first behind-the-scenes visuals.
