Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is all set to make his directorial debut with the much-anticipated Krrish 4, the next chapter in India’s iconic superhero franchise. According to an India Today report, this ambitious project will see Hrithik not only step behind the camera but also take on triple roles—his beloved characters Rohit, Krrish, and intriguingly, the main antagonist.
The film, produced in collaboration with YRF Studios, is expected to be a high-octane sci-fi drama rooted in family emotions. It will heavily explore the theme of time travel, drawing inspiration from global blockbusters such as Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame.
A strong buzz suggests that Krrish 4 may reunite Hrithik with longtime co-star Preity Zinta. Additionally, Priyanka Chopra, Vivek Oberoi, and Rekha are likely to reprise their roles from earlier installments of the franchise, continuing the legacy of the Krrish universe.
Nora Fatehi is also reportedly in talks to join the cast in a powerful, action-oriented role, adding more star power and excitement to the project.
A source close to the development revealed, “The plan is for Krrish to move through different timelines—past and future—to eliminate a major threat. While high on VFX and production, the film will stay rooted in family emotions and relationships.”

Rakesh Roshan officially announced Hrithik’s new role as director through an emotional Instagram post. He wrote, “Duggu, 25 years back I launched you as an actor, and today again after 25 years you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers Aditya Chopra & myself to take forward our most ambitious film #Krrish4. Wish you all the success in this new avatar with good wishes and blessings.”
Krrish 4 has reportedly undergone several rewrites to refine its storyline, with the final script now locked in. Though Hrithik’s team has yet to confirm all details, industry sources reveal that the actor is currently wrapping up War 2 and will shift focus to Krrish 4 shortly after.
With high expectations and a mega budget, Krrish 4 is poised to become one of the biggest cinematic spectacles in Indian cinema, marking a new era for both the franchise and Hrithik Roshan’s career.
