In the wake of Operation Sindoor, India’s powerful counter-strike targeting nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the decisive action.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Kangana shared videos of the strike and wrote:
“Unhone kaha tha Modi ko bata dena. Aur Modi ne inko bata diya” (They said to tell Modi, and Modi has now replied).
In another post, she added:
“Jo hamarri rakhsha karte hain, ishwar unki rakhsha kare. Wishing our forces safety and success.”
The strikes, conducted at 1:44 AM on May 7, were part of India’s retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 civilians, most of them tourists. The attack was claimed by The Resistance Front (TRF), a proxy of the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

In an official statement, India said:
“We are living up to the commitment that those responsible for this attack will be held responsible.”
Further adding:
“Our actions have been focused, measured and non-escalatory in nature. No Pakistani military facilities have been targeted. India has demonstrated considerable restraint in selection of targets and method of execution.”
Sources suggest this is Phase 1 of India’s response, with additional actions likely depending on Pakistan’s retaliation.
Meanwhile, Pakistan responded with cross-border firing and artillery shelling along the Line of Control, tragically killing three Indian civilians.
Operation Sindoor has not only marked a strategic military response but has also triggered a wave of patriotic support from the Indian film industry, with Kangana Ranaut’s powerful posts resonating widely among citizens and fans.
