Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren attended the closing ceremony of the Jharkhand State Home Guard and Fire Services Sports Competition 2025 at the Central Training Institute, Home Guard, Dhurwa, Ranchi, as the chief guest.
During his address, the Chief Minister commended the men and women participants for showcasing exceptional skills and discipline through sports and parade demonstrations. He highlighted the vital role of Home Guard and Fire Services personnel in serving the state, whether in urban or remote rural areas, emphasizing their round-the-clock commitment to public welfare in coordination with the government.

CM Hemant Soren emphasized the importance of sports beyond just competition, describing such events as a morale booster for personnel. He pointed out that in today’s fast-paced life, stress is a common challenge, and sports, music, and cultural activities help in achieving mental and physical well-being.
