Adayu, the mental health vertical of Fortis Group, has launched a groundbreaking mental health podcast series, ‘Adayulogues with Dr. Samir Parikh.’
This new initiative aims to raise awareness around mental health, reduce stigma, and promote overall well-being in society. The podcast will address a wide range of mental health topics, such as bipolar disorder, panic disorder, addiction, suicide prevention, and persistent depressive disorder, offering professional insights from Fortis’s Mental Health Program team.
Led by Dr. Samir Parikh, Consultant Psychiatrist and Chairperson of the Fortis National Mental Health Program, the podcast series is designed to tackle the significant lack of understanding about mental health issues. Each episode will feature expert opinions from psychiatrists and psychologists, discussing symptoms, challenges, and treatment options in an accessible format.

Many individuals with mental health disorders may not recognize their symptoms, which can delay the process of seeking help,” said Dr. Parikh. The 36-episode series will be released over the next four months on Fortis’s YouTube channel, @fortismentalhealth, and will be conducted in Hindi, making it accessible to a wider audience.
