After a viral video showed Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjiv Goenka having an outburst on KL Rahul, netizens criticised him and asked him to learn from the owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, Shah Rukh Khan.
SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) put on a spectacular show against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, thanks to Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma’s incredible batting performance. Their partnership helped SRH easily chase down the target of 166 runs set by LSG, reaching it in just 9.4 overs without losing a single wicket.
Travis Head played a blistering innings, scoring an unbeaten 89 runs off just 30 balls, while Abhishek Sharma supported him brilliantly with an unbeaten 75 runs off 28 balls. Their aggressive batting left the LSG bowlers struggling and secured a comfortable victory for SRH.

Following SRH’s dominant performance, LSG captain KL Rahul was full of praise for Head and Abhishek’s exceptional batting display. Instead of criticizing his own team, Rahul acknowledged the brilliance of the SRH duo.
However, the post-match scene took an unexpected turn when LSG owner Sanjiv Goenka was caught on camera angrily confronting KL Rahul. The video of their heated exchange garnered attention on social media, with many expressing disappointment at Sanjiv Goenka’s behavior.
Netizens criticized Sanjiv Goenka for publicly berating Rahul and suggested that he should learn from the leadership skills of Shah Rukh Khan, co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders. Shah Rukh Khan has been admired for his supportive and positive approach towards his team since the inception of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2008.
Overall, SRH’s dominant victory, fueled by Head and Abhishek’s outstanding performance, showcased the team’s strength and determination. However, the post-match incident highlighted the importance of maintaining composure and professionalism, both on and off the field.
Fans didn’t like it when Sanjiv Goenka yelled at KL Rahul in front of everyone, post LSG vs SRH match. They told Goenka to act more like Shah Rukh Khan, who owns KKR.
People were upset with Goenka for not being respectful. They said owners should be nice to players. This incident shows how important it is to be polite in sports. It’s not good for players to see their boss yelling at them. Owners should support and encourage their players instead. Being a good leader is important for making players feel happy and motivated.
