Uttar Pradesh ambulance molestation: A shocking incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh where a woman was allegedly molested by ambulance workers while accompanying her ailing husband to the hospital. After the assault, the workers reportedly threw the woman and her husband out of the vehicle, cutting off his oxygen support. Tragically, her husband passed away during treatment.
The incident occurred on August 30 in the Siddharthnagar district, Uttar Pradesh. The woman’s husband, Harish, was critically ill and initially taken to Basti Medical College. However, as his condition worsened, doctors referred him to another hospital for advanced treatment. Unable to afford the fees of a private hospital, the woman decided to bring her husband home for care.
While en route in the ambulance, the driver forced the woman to sit in the front seat, where both the driver and his aide allegedly molested her.
When she tried to resist and call for help, the ambulance workers stopped her husband’s oxygen supply and forcibly removed both her and her husband from the vehicle. The woman also claimed the ambulance driver stole her jewellery during the attack.

After the brutal assault, the woman’s husband suffered severe injuries, and his condition worsened due to the lack of oxygen. The woman recounted her harrowing ordeal to her brother over the phone, who immediately informed the police. Though her husband was rushed to Gorakhpur Medical College, he died during treatment.
Despite the gravity of the situation, the woman alleged that the police made no attempt to arrest the ambulance driver or his aide. She has since filed a written complaint at the Ghazipur police station in Lucknow.
