Retailers are grappling with low profit margins on OnePlus products, compounded by rising operational costs and stagnant inventory. Customer dissatisfaction due to delays and complications in warranty and service claims processing further adds to the woes.
Model-specific bundling requirements pose additional challenges for retailers.
ORA emphasizes OnePlus’s responsibility to address these concerns urgently, with proactive measures needed to salvage the partnership. However, failing to see improvements by month-end, ORA regrets having no choice but to cease the sale of OnePlus products in their stores.
