New Delhi: The Indian Air Force (IAF) on Tuesday said an IAF aircraft has crashed near Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. The IAF clarified that the pilot ejected safely.
The IAF tweet read, “One Tejas aircraft of the Indian Air Force met with an accident at Jaisalmer, today during an operational training sortie. The pilot ejected safely. A Court of Inquiry has been constituted to find out the cause of the accident.”
Meanwhile, videos of the crash and the pilot safely ejecting from the plane surfaced online.
