Hyderabad: In a deeply disturbing incident reported from Nekkonda mandal in Telangana’s Warangal district, a video surfaced capturing a Telangana ice-cream seller masturbating into an ice-cream at his roadside kulfi stall.
The footage revealed the Telangana ice-cream seller masturbating and then adding his semen into what seemed to be a container of ice cream or ‘faluda’. The disturbing video, which was censored, quickly spread on social media, drawing widespread condemnation and raising questions about the motive behind such extreme behaviour.

The man in question operated an ice cream stand named ‘Bherunath Ice Cream Kulfi’ at the Ambedkar Centre. After the video went viral, social media users expressed disgust and questioned the rationale behind the vendor’s appalling actions. Some speculated on possible reasons, while others highlighted concerns about food adulteration.
Responding swiftly to the alarming situation, food safety authorities and law enforcement conducted a raid on the ice cream facility. Multiple individuals involved in the production and distribution of the contaminated ice creams were apprehended and are currently undergoing interrogation.
Legal proceedings have been initiated against them under relevant sections of the law, and they have been remanded into custody.
The Telangana ice-cream seller, identified as Kaaluram Kurbia from Rajasthan, faces charges under Indian Penal Code Section 294 for committing an indecent act in public, as announced by the Nekkonda police on their official social media account.
While this incident is particularly shocking due to its public nature, it is not the first of its kind to gain attention.
