Radhika Yadav Murder Update | Weeks after the murder of 25-year-old tennis player Radhika Yadav, her close friend and fellow athlete Himaanshika Singh Rajput has taken to Instagram to condemn the disturbing online support shown for the accused Radhika’s father, Deepak Yadav.
“I posted two videos about Radhika Yadav last week, and I was shocked to see my entire comment section filled with men defending men. This is not okay. Justice must be served. Men need to understand that this world doesn’t belong to them alone, women exist, women resist, and women will continue to fight for each other,” she wrote.
Singh had previously shared a two-part video alleging that Radhika’s parents tightly controlled her life and subjected her to years of emotional abuse. She claimed that Radhika was shamed by her family for wearing shorts and speaking to boys. The family, however, has denied these accusations.

“It is not acceptable for men or parents to impose ‘small’ restrictions at home, like telling girls what to wear, where to go, or how to behave. These are not small. These are part of the problem,” she emphasized.
Himaanshika added that real change begins at home and called on parents to educate sons on respecting women, rather than burdening daughters with instructions to stay safe.
Radhika Yadav was murdered on July 10, 2025, at her Sushant Lok residence in Gurugram. According to reports, her father, Deepak Yadav, shot her four times over objections to her running a private tennis academy.
