Lawrence Bishnoi also said the motive to kill Sidhu Moosewala was in retaliation to the killing of Akali leader Vicky Middukhera last year.
New Delhi: Lawrence Bishnoi is the mastermind in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, the Delhi Police said on Wednesday. This comes after the police repeatedly questioned Bishnoi over the last few days.
The police, however, said, jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has not confessed to have had a role in the murder but said his gang planned it. Lawrence Bishnoi also said the motive to kill Sidhu Moosewala was in retaliation to the killing of Akali leader Vicky Middukhera last year. Lawrence Bishnoi is said to be connected with Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar.
Lawrence Bishnoi has also denied to have any role to play in the threat to Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Meanwhile, the Mumbai crime branch on Wednesday dispatched a team to Delhi to question Lawrence Bishnoi in connection with the threat letter sent to Salim Khan and his son and Bollywood actor Salman Khan.

On Wednesday, the Pune Rural Police had claimed to have arrested one of the eight sharpshooters of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang named by the Punjab Police in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.
The arrested sharpshooter, identified as Siddhesh Hiraman Kamble alias Saurav alias Mahakal, was picked up for his alleged role in another murder case where a 24-year-old hardened criminal was shot dead in broad daylight in August last year.
