Kejriwal has failed to keep any of the promises that he made in past seven years. It’s become part of his politics to make big promises during election times and mislead the people and run away when it comes to delivering, said Meenakshi Lekhi.

New Delhi: Farmers protesting against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal since 40 days announced to end their protest on Sunday. Minister of State for External Affairs Meenakshi Lekhi, addressing the farmers, said that Kejriwal has failed to keep any of the promises that he made in past seven years. It’s become part of his politics to make big promises during election times and mislead the people and run away when it comes to delivering.
Lekhi said these farmers have been protesting since past 40 days and we will take up their cause before the Centre because there is need for a change in Delhi now. She said that there been no MCD schools or dispensaries in every ward the situation of Kejriwal’s so-called health or education model would have been worse.
Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta said the working model of Kejriwal can be gauged from the fact by taking farmers land in the name of schools or community centre, haj house is being made there. There is a government in Delhi which doesn’t have time to hear the farmers sitting on dharna for over 40 days now. He said today’s agitation won’t go in vain and that reality of Kejriwal government is not hidden from anyone. Some of the farmers land in Delhi is under dirty water for years and nothing has been done to clear that make it of use again for them.
