New Delhi: Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta on Sunday flagged off a bike rally against the liquor policy of Arvind Kejriwal Government from his residence Patel Nagar. Thousands of youths present in the bike rally raised slogans against Arvind Kejriwal’s liquor policy and opposed the liquor policy with the help of hoardings.
Today the entire state is protesting against this liquor policy which is becoming poison for the youth and women in Delhi. Slogans are being raised everywhere, but the Arvind Kejriwal Government, which is blinded by the greed of money, is not making any difference to it and the problems being faced by the people of Delhi. The bike rally taken out today reached Patel Nagar from Patel Nagar via Prasad Nagar, Anand Parvat, Thansingh Nagar from Faridnagar to Patel Nagar. In the rally, youths protested fiercely with hoardings named ‘Quit studies, drink alcohol’ and ‘Mohalla theka near your house, your son Kejriwal’.
Adesh Gupta appealed to the workers that Arvind Kejriwal is engaged in making Delhi a liquor city, but BJP will never allow this plan of Arvind Kejriwal to succeed. The BJP has started the work of sealing the illegal liquor contracts with the help of the corporation and it will continue till the illegal liquor contracts are stopped in Delhi. He said that BJP has always been raising the voice of the people of Delhi and will continue to raise it in the future as well.
