In a significant legal victory, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday celebrated as the Supreme Court granted interim bail to AAP National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Terming it as a triumph for democracy, AAP expressed gratitude for ending what it calls a “dictatorship”. With Arvind Kejriwal now able to campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, jubilation ensued within the AAP’s ranks and files and among supporters nationwide.

Expressing heartfelt thanks, Sunita Kejriwal invoked divine blessings, echoing sentiments of millions rejoicing after the court decision.
Political figures like Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann pledged renewed vigour in the fight for democracy, recognising Arvind Kejriwal as an embodiment of an ideology. AAP leaders emphasised the victory of truth and the ray of hope it brings for the future of democracy.

Senior AAP leader Atishi highlighted the decision’s significance in safeguarding democracy and the constitution. She called upon citizens to unite in ending what she termed as “dictatorship”, emphasising the crucial role of free and fair elections.
Saurabh Bharadwaj, another senior AAP leader, viewed the decision as a divine sign and foresaw significant changes in the country.
Priyanka Kakkar, AAP Chief Spokesperson, expressed gratitude to the Supreme Court for upholding democracy and urged collective efforts to safeguard it.
Jasmine Shah described the moment as the awaited triumph of truth, emphasising Kejriwal’s exemplary leadership. Meanwhile, Sunita Kejriwal celebrated the victory of democracy, thanking everyone for their prayers and support.
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann pledged to carry forward Kejriwal’s ideology with increased determination. Other AAP leaders and supporters expressed joy and gratitude.
