LoP said that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself continues to be a source of corruption as his own minister Satyendar Jain is in jail for almost eight months but he is not ready to drop him from the cabinet.
New Delhi: The BJP MLAs on Tuesday wore black clothes and turbans in the Delhi Assembly alleging that the Kejriwal Government has murdered the democracy in the national capital. They said that the Kejriwal government is strangling the opposition by adopting a dictatorial and arbitrary attitude.
Bidhuri said that the BJP MLAs had sent a notice to the Speaker to raise the issue under Rule 55, which was accepted. “We wanted to raise their voice against the corruption of the Kejriwal government. The city government is completely immersed in corruption,” the LoP claimed.
“Sufficient evidence has come to the light that thousands of crores of rupees went into the pockets of AAP leaders in the liquor scam. The Central Vigilance Commission itself has given a report on the class room scam. The condition of the Jal Board scam is that after 2016 neither the balance sheet has been prepared nor the audit has been done. The Kejriwal government itself had to cancel the work order after the scam in the purchase of one thousand DTC buses came to light. The electricity subsidy scam is also not hidden from anyone, in which illegal benefits of thousands of crores of rupees were given to private companies,” said Bidhuri, informing about some alleged corruption done by the AAP.
