Amidst the exam season, Forest Officer Himangsu Tyagi, known for his solo expeditions into the wild, provided a fresh perspective on tackling feelings of loneliness and isolation that often accompany this stressful period.
Loneliness has become a serious problem with consequences for both mental and physical well-being. It also increases a range of serious health problems such as depression, anxiety, heart diseases, increase of stroking and premature deaths.
The Indian Forest Officer, Himangsu Tyagi claimed that he had a close encounter with loneliness, and he shared some tips that students can follow to deal with it.
Tyagi said every individual needs to learn how to stay happy by being alone and not to be dependent on others.
“‘Few genuine connections.’ Give time to a relationship where you can share all your worries without being judged. Your parents, siblings. A phone call is enough to solve your worries,” he wrote.
He also recommended to his followers to develop a habit of journaling where they can convey their feelings and emotions by writing. Himangsu Tyagi’s thoughtful tips offer students a holistic approach to managing loneliness during the exam season, promoting mental well-being alongside academic success. In this recent post, he has garnered 720.5K views and 5.5K likes on X till now.
