Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, faces allegations of engaging in sexual relationships with two of his employees, including an intern, and reportedly asking another employee to bear his children, according to a recent report by the Wall Street Journal.
The report, which offers exclusive insights, suggests that the tech magnate fostered a workplace culture within his companies, SpaceX and Tesla, that left female employees feeling uneasy.
These accusations add to a string of controversies surrounding Musk, who has previously faced allegations of drug use, including LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, mushrooms, and ketamine, allegedly even during work hours with board members.
Previously, Elon Musk was accused of cultivating a “hostile work environment” where sexual harassment jokes were commonplace, female employees were allegedly paid less than their male counterparts, and those who voiced grievances were reportedly terminated.
Former employees filed complaints alleging that Musk perpetuated a sexist atmosphere where sexual remarks and other forms of harassment were either tolerated or trivialized.

The Wall Street Journal’s report highlighted instances where female Tesla employees claimed they received “an unusual amount of attention or pursued” by Musk. A SpaceX flight attendant alleged that Musk exposed himself to her and proposed exchanging sex for a horse back in 2016.
Additionally, a woman who resigned from SpaceX in 2013 alleged that Musk repeatedly urged her to bear his children. Musk, who reportedly has at least 10 children, has voiced concerns about global underpopulation and advocated for procreation among individuals with high IQs.
The report further detailed a text exchange between Musk and a woman employee, where Musk invited her to his house late at night, expressing stress and the need for company. The exchange ended with Musk suggesting it might be best if they didn’t meet.
SpaceX and Musk’s legal representatives have vehemently denied the allegations, dismissing the report as rife with “untruths.” Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX’s president and chief operating officer, rebuffed the claims, praising Musk and his team’s accomplishments while denouncing what she termed as a “misleading narrative.”
