In a dramatic and emotional appearance, former President Donald Trump was greeted with overwhelming support at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. This marked his first public appearance since surviving an assassination attempt at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump, 78, was seen wearing a white bandage on his ear as he waved to a packed arena and received a standing ovation from his supporters.

Although Donald Trump did not make any remarks, he stood alongside his newly announced running mate, Senator J.D. Vance. Dressed in a blue suit and his trademark red tie, Trump took a seat in a VIP box next to Vance, House Republican Byron Donalds, and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. The convention floor, filled with more than 2,400 delegates, erupted in applause and chants of “USA! USA!” as officials and guests addressed the crowd, praising Trump’s resilience.
