Delhi BJP chief Adesh Gupta said it is second term of Kejriwal government and in his first tenure there were hundreds of corruption cases as well and now in the current term there has not been a department which has remained untouched from corruption.
New Delhi: Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta has urged to the people of Delhi to share any information they have of Arvind Kejriwal’s corruption on email [email protected]. As the party will launch a massive campaign against Kejriwal government’s corruption from June 22. On the first day of campaign, all MPs and office bearers of the party will tour all seven hospitals to know the ground reality as to what was done in the name of Corona treatment.
Gupta said that the state government expenditure committee had cleared proposal worth Rs 1210 crore on August 10 last for setting up seven temporary hospitals for corona treatment. Later on, Rs 1256 crore was cleared for the same. The fact is in Raghuvir Nagar and Kirari where these facilities were to be given the hospitals already existed there. This way the Kejriwal government indulged in corruption worth Rs 1256 crore in the name of corona treatment.
He said during those testing times when one helped those in need in whatever capacity they could then in the name of help Kejriwal government indulged in Rs 1256 crore corruption. A due complaint was made about this but state government didn’t allow any probe into it. After matter was taken to court, the case has been handed over to ACB and it is hoped along with Kejriwal, deputy CM Manish Sisodia and health minister Satyendra Jain who were part of the expenditure committee besides other senior officials, would be held responsible for this.
Gupta said it is second term of Kejriwal government and in his first tenure there were hundreds of corruption cases as well and now in the current term there has not been a department which has remained untouched from corruption. He said after power, water, education, tanker and school building and water tanker corruption cases now Kejriwal has indulged in corruption worth RS 1256 crore in name of corona treatment. He said the government passed the tender for Rs 1216 crore which was later raised to Rs 1256 crore. Now to bring the reality about this corruption by Kejriwal government before the people all MPs of BJP, MLAs besides office bearers will take a round of all those hospitals from June 22.
Lok Sabha MP Manoj Tiwari said that seeing the innovative ways of corruption by Kejriwal government even senior political vultures will be put to shame. In the name of giving treatment to people indulging in corruption is something unthinkable that during peak corona pandemic time when even strangers were helping each other. He said where claim was made of giving treatment facilities on temporary basis they were already working there which makes it amply clear there has been huge scam involving crores of rupees. If it is not so where these facilities were given they should be existing even now as they were not declared to be closed.
