New Delhi: Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta on Tuesday asked Mayor of North Delhi Municipal Corporation Raja Iqbal Singh to identify and raze with bulldozers construction on land illegally occupied by Jahangirpuri “rioters” as soon as possible. The Delhi BJP president’s wrote a letter to the Mayor hours after invocation of the NSA on some of the accused in Jahangirpuri violence case.
The state BJP president said for a probe into Rohingiyas Bangladeshis. He said that a PIL is under consideration for five years in the courts because Arvind Kejriwal government despite being asked repeatedly is not helping the matters the same way it did in Kanhya kumar case. “I want to ask Delhi government why it’s not replying to the courts in Rohingiyas Bangladeshis and by when it would do so,” Gupta said.
He said that a delegation of BJP leaders met the police commissioner and suggested to him the whole matter should be investigated in two ways, first who all from AAP were involved in it because the riots that occurred in north Delhi the AAP councilor and leaders are mastermind of it. As per information available till among those arrested is one Ansar who is connected to AAP.
“Whether it was 1983 riots or firing on saints in 1966 or Kashmir valley, Meerut, Muradabad, Bhagalpur, Hubli whoever indulged in religion and caste politics and divided played politics of division have been sidelined by people. Now common man will have to think whether it is Congress or Vampanthis whoever tried to fan riots paid a price for that,” Gupta said.
