Actually they (Kejriwal government) wants to use the ration given by centre under Door Step scheme while this ration given under National Food Security Act can be distributed through Public distribution system to beneficiaries of one nation one Ration card scheme, said Praveen Shankar Kapoor
New Delhi: Delhi BJP Spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor on Monday challenged Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to show one proposal submitted to central government which was stopped. Kapoor’s remark came after Delhi CM’s press conference on door step ration delivery in Punjab.
“It is regrettable that CM Kejriwal tries to confuse people with his emotional story telling skill. While commenting on implementation of door step ration delivery in Punjab he again raised the old exposed bogey that Centre is not allowing its implementation in Delhi and that centre is stopping him from building schools and hospitals,” Kapoor said.
“Centre has never stopped state government from implementing door step ration delivery system, it has just asked it to buy its on ration and distribute it as it wants. Actually they (Kejriwal government) wants to use the ration given by centre under Door Step scheme while this ration given under National Food Security Act can be distributed through Public distribution system to beneficiaries of one nation one Ration card scheme,” Kapoor said.
“The scheme announced by CM Kejriwal for Punjab will be using food grains procured by Punjab government not those given by Centre under NFSA,” Kapoor added.
