AAP leader Atishi stated that the criminals are no longer afraid of the Delhi Police because they are well aware that the police force is busy protecting the hooligans and criminals that the BJP is harbouring.

New Delhi: A day after the three miscreants opened fire at passengers in a car in the midst of a market in Subhash Nagar, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Kalkaji legislator on Sunday said that the crime in the national capital is rising, as the Delhi Police department is busy shielding Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) thugs and criminals.
Addressing the media, Atishi stated that the criminals are no longer afraid of the Delhi Police because they are well aware that the police force is busy protecting the hooligans and criminals that the BJP is harboring. The entire Delhi Police force was out on the streets and inaction and headed to Haryana to take all measures possible in order to protect a BJP criminal.
“The police is failing to provide security to common people of Delhi as they have no time left to do their actual job after going to extreme lengths to keep BJP thugs out of jail. Meanwhile, countrywide data shows that Delhi has the greatest number of reported crime cases out of the all metropolitan cities in the country,” she said.
“A harrowing incident took place at a prominent Delhi market in the midst of Subhash Nagar at 7:30 in the evening yesterday – where three people opened fire at several passengers in a car. These three unidentified criminals brought a gun and took their aim right in the middle of heavy traffic and busy street, and fired at the innocent passengers in the targeted car,” Atishi said.
“It has been over 15-20 hours since this terrible firing took place, however, the Delhi Police has not taken any action against any of the three perpetrators who shamelessly opened fire in the midst of a heavily crowded market,” she added.
