Mohit Suri’s romantic musical Saiyaara, featuring debutant Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in the lead roles, has stormed past the ₹500 crore mark at the global box office within just 18 days of release. The production banner Yash Raj Films (YRF) celebrated the milestone on Instagram, sharing, “Saiyaara found a home in your hearts – and we couldn’t be more thankful.”
According to the official statement by Team YRF, the film has amassed a total worldwide gross of ₹507 crore. The studio’s CEO, Akshaye Widhani, who also produced the film, credited young audiences for its staggering success. “It’s deeply encouraging to see young audiences lead the way in embracing this film, disproving doubts about their theatrical participation. Thank you to every viewer, everywhere, for making Saiyaara the defining love story of our time,” he said.

Second-Highest-Grossing Indian Film of the Year
Trade tracking platform Sacnilk reports Saiyaara has earned ₹302.10 crore net and ₹362.50 crore gross in India. Overseas, the film brought in ₹130 crore, taking its global total to ₹492.50 crore. However, a press release by the film’s team stated updated figures of ₹308 crore net and ₹376 crore gross in India, and ₹131 crore from international markets, pushing the global total to ₹507 crore.

With this performance, Saiyaara has surpassed the lifetime collections of War (₹471 crore) and Dunki (₹454 crore). It now stands as the second-highest-grossing Indian film of 2025, following Chhaava, which leads the chart with ₹807.91 crore worldwide.
