By the time one of the employees removes the third barricade, the out of control ambulance crashes into the booth and the employee gets sandwiched between the vehicle and the toll booth

Bengaluru: In a shocking video from a toll plaza in Karnataka, an ambulance was seen losing control and crashing into the toll booth in Udupi district on Wednesday. The accident left four dead, including three occupants of the ambulance.
The CCTV footage shows the horrific accident, moments before which the attendants of the toll plaza are seen running to remove fibre barricades kept to block the way of vehicles. The video also shows wet roads which could also be a reason behind the accident.

The footage shows one of the guards successfully remove two barricades kept before the toll booth and another near the booth. However, by the time one of the employees removes the third barricade, the out of control ambulance crashes into the booth and the employee gets sandwiched between the vehicle and the toll booth.
Before hitting the booth, the ambulance skids on the wet road. The impact also affects the CCTV camera and a man could be seen lying motionless at the site of the impact.
