Skywatchers across India will witness a rare celestial spectacle as a total lunar eclipse, or Blood Moon, is set to occur on the night of September 7 and 8, 2025. Nearly 85% of the world’s population will be able to view the eclipse, making it one of the most widely observed in recent years. The event will be fully visible across most of Asia, including India, as well as parts of Western Australia.
