Earlier, RCB, after electing to bat first, got off to a flying start with Virat Kohli and Cameron Green leading the charge. However, the bowlers of KKR, particularly Andre Russell and Harshit Rana, struck crucial blows to restrict RCB to 182/6 in their allotted 20 overs.
Despite Kohli’s resilient unbeaten knock of 83 runs off 59 balls, KKR’s disciplined bowling performance limited RCB’s scoring opportunities, with Russell and Rana among the wicket-takers.
