Congress candidate and aspirant for the Chief Minister’s post, Harish Rawat is trailing behind Dr. Mohan Singh Bisht of the BJP who has a lead of 9966 votes.

New Delhi: The early trends show the BJP leading in 44 seats while Congress trailing in the second position with a lead in 22 seats. Meanwhile, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has managed to take lead in two seats.
In terms of vote share, till now, BJP has 44.25% votes, Congress has 38.8%, and BSP has 4.92%.
Meanwhile, BJP candidate and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is trailing behind Congress candidate Bhuwan Chandra Kapri with 954 votes. On the other hand, Congress candidate and aspirant for the Chief Minister’s post, Harish Rawat is trailing behind Dr. Mohan Singh Bisht of the BJP who has a lead of 9966 votes.

In Uttarakhand, candidates are fighting to make a cut in the 70-seat assembly election. Polling in Uttarakhand had taken place on February 14 in a single phase. Exit polls are showing a neck-and-neck fight between BJP and Congress. If BJP wins, sitting Chief Minister Puskar Singh Dhami may get a second term.
