In a shocking incident from Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras, an 11-year-old student named Kritarth was allegedly killed as part of a “black magic” ritual at the DL Public School in Rasgawan. The police have arrested five individuals, including the school owner Jasodhan Singh, his son Dinesh Baghel (the school director), and three teachers, in connection with the murder.

Ritual Sacrifice for ‘Success’

According to police reports, the accused believed in black magic and allegedly sacrificed the young student to bring “success” to the school. Investigators revealed that the group had intended to kill Kritarth near a tubewell outside the school premises. However, when the boy began screaming as they tried to take him out of the hostel, they panicked and strangled him to death.

Prior Attempt to Sacrifice Another Child

This horrific crime was not the first attempt. Police sources indicate that the same group had tried to sacrifice another 9-year-old student on September 6 but failed.

During the investigation, authorities found items related to black magic near the school, further reinforcing the ritualistic motive behind the murder. Police also stated that the school director’s father was heavily involved in these superstitious practices.

Father’s Heartbreaking Discovery

The victim’s father, Krishan Kushwaha, filed a complaint after receiving a call from the school on Monday informing him that his son had fallen ill. Upon arriving, he was told that the school director had taken Kritarth to a hospital in his car. However, Kushwaha later found his son’s body in the school director’s car, leading to the police involvement and subsequent arrests.
