New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today made a scathing attack on Delhi Lieutenant Governor (LG) for ordering a CBI investigation against former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain, under the influence of the BJP.

AAP New Delhi Lok Sabha candidate Somnath Bharti stated that the BJP is facing a significant defeat in all seven seats in Delhi in the upcoming elections. Therefore, now it is forced to seek support from the incarcerated thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The fear of Arvind Kejriwal within the BJP has reached such heights that they are willing to use anyone to win the elections, even if it means relying on a notorious thug. Law and order in Delhi fall under the central government, so the Lieutenant Governor (LG) should inform us about what Sukesh is talking about regarding the protection money of ₹10 crore rupees. People of the country now know that even the biggest criminals, when they join the BJP, get cleaned in their washing machine.

Bharti said that there is immense fear of Kejriwal within the BJP and there are many examples of this. The BJP is so afraid of Shri Arvind Kejriwal that they are now forced to seek support from the incarcerated thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar in Tihar Jail. Disheartened and hopeless about their impending defeat, the BJP is willing to use anyone, even a notorious thug. Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is in Tihar Jail, had defrauded about ₹200 crore rupees from a businessman. It is heard that the same fraudster had filed a complaint demanding Rs 10 crore rupees as protection money against our former Health Minister Satyendar Jain.

“Now, it has reached a limit where the Lieutenant Governor (LG), taking cognizance of the complaint, has recommended a CBI investigation under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The person who has provided a health model to the country and the world, whose discussion is everywhere, they’re not satisfied with just putting him in jail. Now, on the complaint of a notorious thug, a CBI investigation has been ordered, to harass this person,” the AAP leader said.

Bharti shared, “Everyone knows that the police, law and order, and land in Delhi are not under the jurisdiction of the Kejriwal government. These systems come under the central government. The central government has always deceived the people of Delhi in these three matters. A manual has been prepared for administration in jail. It clearly states, ‘Government means the Lieutenant Governor (LG) referred to in Article 239AA of the Constitution of India’. So, in this Delhi Jail Manual, the government refers to the Lieutenant Governor. Therefore, the LG will have to inform about the ₹10 crore rupees of protection money that Sukesh Chandrasekhar is talking about, because law and order in Delhi fall under the central government.”

The Senior AAP Leader said that it is evident that only the BJP provides protection to thieves, hooligans, corrupt individuals, and dacoits. After committing even the biggest crimes, just join the BJP and get cleaned in the washing machine. Now the whole country knows what kind of model the BJP has created within the country.

“The fear and dread of Kejriwal should be within the hearts and minds of the BJP. It’s good to see that. The BJP is losing the 2024 Lok Sabha elections very badly. Therefore, they are not hesitating to even join hands with a thug. People of the country will be astonished to see what has happened to the BJP in the end. The situation of the BJP shows that they are in a very pitiful state,” the AAP leader concluded.
