Agrasen Gehlot is already under the Enforcement Directorate (ED) scanner for his alleged role in a wrongdoing in a fertilizer case.

Jaipur: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday raided the home of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s brother Agrasen Gehlot in an alleged case of corruption. The sleuths of the central agency also reached the business establishments of Agrasen, said sources.
Agrasen Gehlot is already under the Enforcement Directorate (ED) scanner for his alleged role in a wrongdoing in a fertilizer case. In this case, the ED has launched a probe against Saraf Impex and others under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Anupam Krishi, the firm owned by Agrasen Gehlot, allegedly exported potash through Saraf Impex. The central agency says large quantities of fertilizers were illegally exported.
Meanwhile, newly-inducted Congress communication in-charge Jairam Ramesh tweeted, “This is vendetta politics beyond all bounds. @ashokgehlot51 was at the forefront of the protests in Delhi over the past three days, and this is Modi Govt’s brazen response! We will not be silenced!”
