A statement released by the Buckingham Palace said, “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.”

The announcement about the Queen’s ailing health comes after she withdrew herself from a virtual Privy Council on Wednesday after doctors advised her to take rest. She is 96.
