NDMC to build Smart Green Public Toilet cum Hygiene Block” at Hanuman Mandir Vatika: VC

There will be a provision of 4 WC seat for ladies, 5 WC seat for gents, 1 WC seat for physically abled person, 1 WC seat for transgender and 10 Urinals facilities with the provision of Sewer Treatment Plant having capacity of 15 KLD.

New Delhi: New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has decided to construct a state-of-art huge “Smart Green Toilet cum Hygiene Block” aiming mission “Total Green” at Hanuman Mandir.

NDMC Vice-Chairman Satish Upadhyay said that our aim is to provide general facilities as public amenities to the thousands of devotees, visitors of Prachin Hanuman Mandir as well as enhance the beautification of Hanuman Mandir Vatika area.

Upadhyay informed that there will be a provision of 4 WC seat for ladies, 5 WC seat for gents, 1 WC seat for physically abled person, 1 WC seat for transgender and 10 Urinals facilities with the provision of Sewer Treatment Plant having capacity of 15 KLD.

He said that there will be a provision of separate gents and lady’s bathrooms with the facility of “Sanitary Vending Machine”. He also said that there is also a provision of “Feeding Chamber & Diaper Changing facility” for caring for newborn babies.
