13 shot at inside New York subway station, unexploded devices found

New York: As many as 13 persons were shot at on Tuesday morning at a subway station in Brooklyn in New York said sources in the law enforcement. Meanwhile, according to reports, some unexploded devices were also found at the subway station premise.

“Fire personnel responding to reports of smoke at the 36th Street station in the Sunset Park neighborhood found multiple people shot at and undetonated devices,” a New York City Fire Department spokesperson said. The fire department also said 13 people were injured but there were no details on what those injuries are.

According to multiple law enforcement sources briefed on the investigation, preliminary information indicated a suspect fled wearing a construction vest and a gas mask.
