Sangam is the second of the three brothers in the family. Talking to the media about his success, Sangam said “My parents are very happy with my results. I’m happier that I can be a reason for their happiness. My grades are secondary.”

The toppers will win a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh each from the Bihar Board. The second and third rank holders will get Rs 75,000 and Rs 50,000, respectively. The top three rank holders will also receive laptops and kindle e-readers to support their education.
