New Delhi: Renowned Bollywood singer Anuradha Paudwal on Saturday officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
The celebrated playback singer, recipient of the Padma Shri accolade, made her affiliation public during a press conference held jointly with BJP officials at the party’s headquarters.
Expressing her admiration for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Anuradha Paudwal voiced her contentment in joining the BJP under his leadership.
Her decision to embrace the BJP was witnessed by several prominent figures within the party, including national general secretary Arun Singh and chief spokesperson Anil Baluni.
