Kalki 2898 AD has finally hit theaters, and early trends and fan reviews suggest that Prabhas’ latest film has resonated well with audiences. According to Sacnilk, the film is projected to collect Rs 200 crore worldwide on its opening day. Domestically, it has already garnered approximately Rs 25.02 crore across various languages.

The film’s advance booking frenzy in Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka led to the crashing of ticket booking websites. Sacnilk reports that over 20 lakh advance tickets have been sold domestically across multiple languages.
In Mumbai, ticket prices for Kalki 2898 AD have reached as high as Rs 2,300. Addressing the high ticket prices, film distributor Akshay Rathi explained, “The ticket pricing and programming entirely depend on the basic economy of the law of demand and supply. The spectrum of the pricing in Mumbai of the movie Kalki ranges from Rs 120 to Rs 2,300. You are paying not just for the movie but the experience of watching the movie.”

It requested fans to respect the cinematic craft by not sharing spoilers or engaging in piracy, ensuring the experience remains unspoiled for other viewers.
