New Delhi: In its final warm-up game ahead of the World Cup this month, the Indian Women’s cricket team beat West Indies by 82 runs after setting a target of 259.
Under observation following a blow to her head, Smriti Mandhana’s 67-ball 66 helped the team sail through smoothly. This came even as India had a poor start after hafali Verma was bowled by Chinelle Henry for a duck.
