New Delhi: Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta on Wednesday said that by getting into a pact with British High Commission for development of basic facilities in education and health sector the Kejriwal government has conceded there has been no development whatsoever in these two areas. Such is the condition of Kejriwal’s publicity based education and health models that there has been no new school or hospital in past seven years of his tenure. Now his government has started a new trend of entering into pacts on papers for works done on papers only. His meeting with British High Commission is a proof of that. Our party has been saying since beginning that students in Delhi government schools are compelled to study in three shifts while mohalla clinics have become stray cattle home.

He said it was seen during corona pandemic when health department was at its worst as these clinics were locked with no scope for testing or treatment. All this exposed his failures.
The Party State President said Kejriwal has even described Manish Sisodia as one who brought revolution in the education sector but never ever said how many teachers were recruited or new schools opened. He said there is acute shortage of teachers resulting into students unable to study all subjects and hence cant developing their career. He said the Kejriwal government has miserably failed in all basic sectors be it health or education or any other. In education sector itself Kejriwal government has indulged in scam worth Rs 2000 crore he said adding this is why they are not able to go amidst people. The fact is Kejriwal is diverting people’s attention with such gimmicks, he charged.
